Things that become Vulvar Cancer Causes
There are many things that can cause vulvar cancer. The most common area for vulvar cancer to start is on the Labia Majora and it is less common to happen in area between labia minora. There are only about 10% of vulva cancer cases that initially involve the Clitoris. Before the cell turns to be cancerous, the cell might start dividing and stay localized until many years and even decades. This type of cancer is called Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia (VIN). This VIN later develops in to Carcinoma in Situ, which actually is the first stage of the cancer.
The vulvar cancer causes are derived from this development of cell which has been affected by the diseases from blood circulation and foreign materials like bacteria that enters the labia minora.
There are many vulvar cancer causes which derive from the manifestation of the VIN. About 5 percent of VIN develops in to invasive cancer which we don’t know whether they are going to spread or not. It takes months up to years to know whether VIN has developed in to vulvar cancer that spread in to the inguinal lymph nodes. As the cancer has achieved this part of vaginal organ, it will track up in to Paraaortic lymph nodes in the abdomen. Later, it grows up and invades skin, urethra, bladder, rectum, and pelvic bone.
Research shows that many women which have never been bearing children have bigger chance to be affected by vulvar cancer. There are also many vulvar cancer causes which are determined by other medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, and kidney problems. Women who are working in laundry or custodian are also considered as women who have higher chance to suffer vulvar cancer. Vulvar cancer is also caused by genital viruses and STDs.
